Quick Reports Feature

For all Portfolio Reports, nightly snapshots are taken across your entire portfolio, which enables you to run a Quick Report.

As the name implies, Quick Reports generate lease information at faster rates by retrieving data from the snapshot taken the night prior. This can be especially helpful when running reports for a large portfolio of assets.
