How to Implement Two-Factor Verification

Prophia allows additional account security to be enabled via optional Two-Factor Verification.

There are two ways to enable Two-Factor Verification:

  1. Admin-Level: Can only be accessed by Admins, and enables Two-Factor Verification across the board for all User Types within the organization, and cannot be disabled at an individual level. When Two-Factor Authorization is enabled on the Admin-level, the notification method will default to email.

  2. User-Level: If you prefer this extra layer of security, it can be enabled in your personal settings. When Two-Factor Authorization is enabled on the User Level, the user has the option of receiving a text or an email
