How to Navigate Within Documents
Within Prophia, your lease documents and data are always close at hand. Specific documents can be accessed in two ways:
All lease documents for a given tenant reside under the Documents tab, accessible from their tenant profile.
Throughout the Prophia platform, links are indicated in blue text; when tenant-specific data is presented in blue text, the link will take you to the specific location in the lease document where that term has most recently been defined or specified. From a Lease Summary page, for instance, clicking the date next to 'Commencement Date' will take you to the document that contains the most recent Commencement Date for that tenant, whether for an initial term or an extension term.
