How to Navigate Within Documents
In Prophia, your lease documents and related data are always easy to access. You can open specific documents in two ways:
From the Tenant Profile
All lease documents for a given tenant are stored under the Documents tab in their tenant profile.
From Linked Data in Blue Text
Across the Prophia platform, links are shown in blue text.
When tenant-specific data appears in blue, clicking it will take you directly to the section of the lease document where that term is most recently defined or specified.
For example, from a Lease Summary page, clicking the date next to Commencement Date will open the document showing the most recent Commencement Date for that tenant—whether it’s the original term or an extension term.
