SSO Error

If you receive an SSO error like the one shown in the picture, we have seen at times that certain browser settings will block or cause issues. If you have an IT resource that you can check with, you should definitely alert them. 

Other steps to take:

  • Clear browser cache/cookies

  • Log into Prophia using a different browser

  • If your browser has an "incognito" mode, you can try logging in with this setting.
