Z-Suites

What are Z-Suites?

Z-Suites are a new Space Type intended to account for differences in a building's total rentable square feet and tenant leases.

This type of space can be assigned a negative square footage value, and such amount will be subtracted from the building's overall square footage to account for any re-measurement differences.

Who can add/edit Z-Suites?

Any user with Admin or Edit permissions is able to add Z-Suites to the stacking plan.
